Get Involved
There are many ways you can help the ElectroRegeneration Society, both technical and non-technical. The best thing to do is just drop in to the warehouse and check it out. Here are some things we always need help with:
- Sorting, testing, and dismantling computer parts and equipment
- Helping with warehouse organization
- Periodic equipment pick-up from donors
- General warehouse cleaning
- Wireless Internet install on roof (downlink)
- Electrical work
- Outreach to community organizations and the general public
Needed Equipment and Supplies:
- Box truck or Pickup in good working order (for donation pick-ups)
- Heavy Safe (which can fit a cash drawer that is 2.5″ x 14.35″ x 12.75″)
- Swamp Cooler (and installation)
- Refrigerator
- Air compressor
- Convertible Hand Truck
- Pallet Jack
- Tall a-frame ladder (~25′)
